Return Steps

At Honest Office, we make the return process as easy as possible for you. We believe strongly in the products and services we offer. We also realize that you may want some time to make a decision. This is why we offer a 60 Day Return policy. The full details of this policy are listed in the Terms & Conditions section of this page.

Step #1: Request a Return
Fill out the Return Request Form. Please let us know if there is anything we can do to help you avoid the need to return your merchandise. We want you to be happy.

Step #2: Receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA)
Once you submit the Return Request Form, you will receive a "Return Merchandise Authorization" email. Please include a printed copy of this email with your repackaged item.

Step #3: Pack It Up
Please be sure to pack things as carefully as they were originally packaged. All items are subject to inspection before a credit or exchange is issued.

Step #4: Ship It To Us
Please ship the item back to the address listed on the RMA. We have over 30 warehouses and it is very important that you send the item back to the address listed on the RMA.

Please write the RMA number on the shipping label of the return box. It is important that you do not write on the original manufacturer packaging. Please be advised that return shipping and handling is the responsibility of the buyer unless it was an error by Honest Office or the original item was damaged. We suggest that you track and insure all returns to prevent lost packages. Honest Office is not responsible for lost returned packages.

Step #5: We Issue a Refund, Product Exchange or Merchandise Credit
Once we receive your return, we must ensure it is in the condition you stated when requesting a return. Returns are usually processed within 10 business days.

Full Return Policy Terms & Conditions

  1. We accept returns within 60 days of your original purchase.
  2. Any damaged or incorrect items should be reported to Honest Office within 5 days of receiving the order.
  3. Defective items should be reported within 10 business days and should include the original manufacturer packaging.
  4. Customers may choose a product exchange, merchandise credit or a refund for all valid returns.
  5. All returns should be include the original packaging and be in resalable condition. If your return is found to be in unsellable condition when it arrives at our returns facility, we will not able to issue you a refund.
  6. Shipping costs will not be reimbursed, except for an Honest Office error. If your return is the result of an error by Honest Office, your refund may include a shipping refund - up to original item shipping amount.
  7. It is the customer's responsibility to ship the item back for return reasons other than a damaged/defective product or Honest Office error.
  8. The Return Request Form must be completed for EACH item you wish to return.
  9. Please track and insure all returned packages. Honest Office is not responsible for packages lost in transit.
  10. Merchandise credits are valid for 1 year from date of issue.
  11. If you leave us negative feedback on a chat board or third party site before attempting to resolve a problem, we reserve the right to accept that as final resolution to the matter and may not accept a return or issue an exchange/credit.
  12. This return policy applies exclusively to products purchased on www.HonestOffice.com. Products purchased from Honest Office on external websites are subject to the return polcies and procedures posted on that site.

*Non-Returnable Items Include: Software, electronics, assembled furniture, food, beverages, assembled furniture, medicine, memory/RAM, items that have been used (with the exception of defective items), special order items, and dated items such as calendars, appointment books, or business journals.

Important: A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) must be issued before any return will be accepted. Items returned without an RMA cannot be processed.
