At Honest Office, we make the return process as easy as possible for you. We believe strongly in the products and services we offer. We also realize that you may want some time to make a decision. This is why we offer a 60 Day Return policy. The full details of this policy are listed in the Terms & Conditions section of this page.
Step #1: Request a Return
Fill out the Return Request Form. Please let us know if there is anything we can do to help you avoid the need to return your merchandise. We want you to be happy.
Step #2: Receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA)
Once you submit the Return Request Form, you will receive a "Return Merchandise Authorization" email. Please include a printed copy of this email with your repackaged item.
Step #3: Pack It Up
Please be sure to pack things as carefully as they were originally packaged. All items are subject to inspection before a credit or exchange is issued.
Step #4: Ship It To Us
Please ship the item back to the address listed on the RMA. We have over 30 warehouses and it is very important that you send the item back to the address listed on the RMA.
Please write the RMA number on the shipping label of the return box. It is important that you do not write on the original manufacturer packaging. Please be advised that return shipping and handling is the responsibility of the buyer unless it was an error by Honest Office or the original item was damaged. We suggest that you track and insure all returns to prevent lost packages. Honest Office is not responsible for lost returned packages.
Step #5: We Issue a Refund, Product Exchange or Merchandise Credit
Once we receive your return, we must ensure it is in the condition you stated when requesting a return. Returns are usually processed within 10 business days.
*Non-Returnable Items Include: Software, electronics, assembled furniture, food, beverages, assembled furniture, medicine, memory/RAM, items that have been used (with the exception of defective items), special order items, and dated items such as calendars, appointment books, or business journals.
Important: A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) must be issued before any return will be accepted. Items returned without an RMA cannot be processed.
