Fast and Free Shipping
- • Honest Office offers free UPS shipping on all orders of $49 or more. Shipping on orders under $49 is only $4.99.
- • We encourage you to reach the $49 minimum. The shipping method is the same super fast speed, but it is just FREE for you!
- • Most orders placed before 2:00EST will ship the same day.
- • The order will ship from the warehouse nearest the customer in order to expedite order delivery.
- • The delivery estimate for orders shipped via “free shipping” is 1-2 business days. Most orders arrive the next business day but this may take longer if a product on your order is in short supply.
- • Orders shipped via “free shipping” will ship UPS Ground from our closest warehouse.
- • Free shipping is not available for Alaska, Hawaii, or APO / FPO orders at this time.
- • Free shipping is not available for P.O. boxes. Please provide a physical delivery address.
- • Some exceptions apply for certain products. Any exceptions will be noted on the product page.
Shipment Tracking
- • Sign in to your account.
- • Check your order history.
- • Your previous orders will have a tracking number available.
Additional Information
• If a signature is required for delivery, the carrier will make three delivery attempts. The package will then be returned to Honest Office after the third attempt. The customer is responsible for any freight fees incurred from the carrier.
